Dawgs Fall Short in Lethbridge

Sunday July 15, 2012

The Okotoks Dawgs finished off their road trip today with a game in Lethbridge, but suffered a tough 5-1 loss at the hands of the Bulls. Only five innings were played at Spitz Stadium due to rain delays.

Alex Graham started on the mound for the Dawgs pitching four innings and 5 runs allowed, while Matt Trimble closed the final inning. Drew Pettit was able to hit a single to put a point on the board for the Dawgs.

Monday, July 16 the Dawgs will be at home to face the Edmonton Prospects (6-26) to try and get back in the win column. It's Hometown Heroes Night tomorrow at Seaman Stadium, so don't miss out on saluting the police, fire and EMS personnel who keep us safe.
